CIM would like to inform all SUNLIGHT K3 customers that starting December 2013, updated ribbons will gradually replace the ribbons currently in the market.

These new ribbons will only work with printers that have the 4.2.0.2 firmware (or higher) installed. This firmware allows you to use both the old and new ribbons.

We would like to kindly recommend that all SUNLIGHT K3 owners, especially those who purchased the unit before January 2011, check the installed firmware version and if it is older than the 4.2.0.2 version, please proceed with the firmware update.
